The legal officer of the Agency for Land Registration (AShK) in Fier was detained by police today as part of the “Stolen Land” operation, after having previously been declared wanted for abuse of office. Citizen H. Z. is accused of having abused his duties as a legal officer at the AShK Fier on several occasions.
“Specialists from the Section for the Investigation of Economic and Financial Crimes have detained citizen H. Z., 56, a resident of Fier, who had been declared wanted as part of the “Stolen Land” operation, carried out several weeks ago. This citizen was declared wanted after the Court of First Instance of General Jurisdiction Fier, with its decision dated 17.09.2026, imposed on him the security measure “Imprisonment” for the criminal offense “Abuse of office”, on several occasions“, the Police statement says.
