The Special Court has postponed the court session against Tirana Mayor Erion Veliaj and the other defendants to November 3.
The reason for the postponement was the absence in the courtroom of the lawyers chosen by the defendants, as well as the lawyers appointed from the free legal aid list, who had been selected by SPAK at the previous session.
Meanwhile, it is reported that in a statement, Erion Veliaj has requested to be defended only by his lawyer, Plarent Ndreca, objecting to representation by other lawyers.
