The Tirana Criminal Court has released 28 protesters arrested during violent protests in the capital, imposing on all of them the security measure of “obligation to appear”. For three of them, the court deemed the arrest unlawful, while for Rigers Hoxha it also ordered a ban on participating in gatherings. The security measures were reviewed by judges Marcela Shehu and Yrfet Shkreli.
