Jurist Brizida Gjikondi has filed today a complaint with SPAK against Prime Minister Edi Rama and Police Chief Skender Hita.
The complaint reportedly relates to the violence carried out by police against protesters. According to the complaint, law enforcement forces exceeded their powers.
During the violent protest, tensions were high, with numerous clashes and injuries on both sides.
