One of the young men whom Prime Minister Edi Rama mentioned this Friday as a person with a criminal record, convicted of producing and selling narcotic substances, has rejected these claims.
Sardi Xibri, 28, presented before the cameras of Top News a criminal record certificate which, according to the published document, shows he has no convictions.
Xibri was included in the list of more than 40 names published by Prime Minister Rama, who claimed these were convicted individuals with no connection to the student protests.
By publishing the criminal record certificate, the young man contradicts the prime minister’s statements regarding his criminal past.
