Prime Minister Edi Rama met with education leaders this morning, where he said, among other things, that the government is looking into legal and technical options to block social networks for children under the age of 16.
Rama further clarified that there are also children under 14 among the protesters, and that the legal and administrative responsibility for paying for damages caused by their children will fall directly on the parents who allowed their children to take part in violent protests that damaged public and private property.
