PS deputy Ardit Bido criticized the Democratic Party’s action in Parliament, describing it as a continuation of the PD’s ugly theatre. For him, there must be dialogue and debate in Parliament, while actions aimed at obstructing the work are not politics. “This third form with pseudo-cubes that remove the cardboard from the hand when the cameras are there, because when there are no cameras, no, it is not politics,” he stated.
Commenting on the interpellation with the Interior Minister, the Socialist deputy said the request was made by the PD, but according to him, the opposition MPs themselves did not allow it to take place. Asked about an interpellation with Prime Minister Edi Rama, Bido stressed that responsibility for the response depends on the area covered by the relevant institution.
“What we saw today was the Democratic Party’s attempt to enter through the window. To enter through the window, in a plea for power-sharing, because they were talking about a caretaker government”, Bido said.
Regarding the protest, he stated that participation is not limited only to the PD, mentioning also small parties, activists and students. “This is not a PD protest, but a protest from which we must take the right messages”, the Socialist deputy concluded.
