Outside the Parliament premises, students and teachers have gathered as part of the protest called a day earlier.
According to reports, the protesters have split into two groups: one group is outside Parliament, while the other has positioned itself on the section that connects the boulevard with Elbasani Street.
The situation outside Parliament has been accompanied only by a physical clash between a protester and law enforcement forces, who have surrounded Parliament.
