The court has ordered the release from custody of 12 protesters arrested during protests held in Tirana in recent days.
For these 12 individuals, the arrest was assessed as lawful, but the court imposed the security measure of “obligation to appear” and did not consider it necessary for them to remain in custody.
Meanwhile, the court hearing for 10 other protesters is still underway, where requests regarding the assessment of their arrest and the imposition of security measures are expected to be reviewed.
