Secretary General of the Democratic Party of Kosovo, Vlora Çitaku, is the party’s sole nominee to serve as acting chair of the political entity. These developments in the PDK follow the resignation of the current chairman, Bedri Hamza, who during the day submitted an irrevocable resignation from the position. Hamza said at a press conference that he is not resigning from the PDK, but only from the position of chairman.
