The Ministry of Health and Social Welfare, based on preliminary information from hospital structures and polyclinics, reports that during today’s protest:
At the University Trauma Hospital, 9 injured people were admitted:
– 7 protesters. One of them, injured in the eye, is undergoing examinations. Out of danger to life.
– 2 media representatives.
Currently, 5 of the injured have left the hospital after receiving the necessary treatment. Meanwhile, 4 protesters are continuing examinations and treatment.
At the “Nënë Tereza” University Hospital Center, the following were admitted:
– One protester
– One police officer
Both have left the hospital after receiving treatment.
Specialty Polyclinic No. 2, Tirana, the following were admitted:
– 2 police officers, injured in the eye, who have received the necessary treatment.
The injured have left the polyclinic premises after receiving the necessary treatment.
