Deputies from the majority and the opposition have begun entering Parliament before the session begins.
Deputies who have already arrived include Vullnet Sinaj, Admir Kadeli, Ilva Gjuzi, Arbjan Mazniku, Iris Luarasi, Bledi Çuçi, Damian Gjiknuri, Elisa Spiropali, and Pirro Vengu.
Meanwhile, the State Police has taken a number of measures before the plenary session begins. The entire area around the Assembly has been cordoned off, while two water cannon trucks are standing nearby.
