Mbrëmjen që lamë pas në Los Angelos u realizua ndarja e çmimeve MTV për videot më të mira.

Shfaqja kishte momente mjaft speciale dhe të bukura, ndërkohë që artistët ndërkombëtar dhuruan performanca mbresëlënëse.

Kryefjala e mbrëmjes ishin dy këngëtaret Ariana Grande dhe Billie Eilish të cilat rrëmbyen më shumë çmime se të gjithë artistët e tjerë.

Taylor Swift dhe Miley Cyrus sollën momente elektrizuese në skenë, e sidomos Cyrus  e cila interpretoi projektin e saj më të ri muzikor që flet për ndarjen nga Liam Hemsworth.

Ndërkohë më poshtë radhiten emrat e fituesve në bazë të kategorive të caktuara të këtij eventi.
