Të dashur Miq,
Sapo u informova se Gazeta letrare më e njohur në Azi “Bota e Librit” me ka nderuar me njohjen “Poeti Bashkëkohor i Botës” që është titulli më i lartë që jep kjo gazetë për një poet apo shkrimtar botëror. Ky shënon një ndër çmimet më të rëndësishëm ndërkombëtare për letërsinë që kam pranuar ndonjëherë. Ngaqë “Libri Botëror” është një nga gazetat letrare më prestigjioze të planetit, mirënjohja dhe falënderimet e mia do të ishin shumë pak. Ndaj përkrah Falënderimit dhe Mirënjohjes së thellë, i premtoj redaksisë së kësaj gazete, njëkohësisht dhe ju miqtë të dashur, se do bëj të pamundurën për të qëndruar në lartësinë letrare të botës që më kanë ngjitur sot.

The “Book World” wishes to apologize to many of our poets and writers for not being able to publish their works in a timely matter. There are many reasons for this, but please do not give up on us, we certainly can not and will not ignore good literature!
In this special issue, we bring you another group of authors who have provided a thread of continuity and development in their respective excellent literary oeuvres.
But this is a special issue for another reason: today marks the 30-year anniversary of the publication of the world-renown poem “Horses”, a poem that in many ways has been a strong helping factor to change, for the better, not only Albania but the world as well. On this special occasion, the editorial board of the “Kitob Dusyosi” proudly honors it author Gjeke Marinaj by recognizing him as
“CONTEMPORARY POET OF THE WORLD,
for his ingenious poetry and philosophical writings which, in a visionary style have become a source of idealistic aspirations for the entire world.”
