Behgjet Pacolli appears before SPAK

Businessman Behgjet Pacolli appeared this Monday at the Special Prosecution Against Corruption and Organized Crime. Pacolli was summoned to SPAK as a person aware of the facts, in connection with the complaint filed regarding the Vlora Airport.
