This Saturday, the next national protest is expected to take place in front of the Ministry of Education and the Prime Minister’s Office, while citizens and opposition representatives are setting off for Tirana.
Democratic Party (PD) MP in Shkodër, Kliti Hoti, said Shkodër’s democrats will support the students’ protest. According to him, their main demand is political rotation and the removal of the government.
Hoti called on citizens to join the students, claiming that support for the protest is growing.
“The more of us there are supporting the students, the more steadfast they will be in their demands. It is a demand for political rotation and the change of this government,” the Democratic deputy stated.
Meanwhile, a group of democrats has set off from Shkodra towards Tirana to join the protest.
