Olsi Shahini has been relieved of his duties as General Director of University Student Residence No. 1 in Tirana. Glindxhet Madhi has been appointed in his place and will take over the leadership of the institution responsible for student accommodation. The Municipality of Tirana has continued this year its work to improve accommodation conditions and services for students.
