The protest in front of the Prime Minister’s Office has begun. Deputies of the Democratic Party (PD) and its supporters have gathered in front of the Prime Minister’s Office. There are not many participants, as the Democratic leadership had expected.
Among those taking part in the protest from the ranks of the Democratic Party are MPs Flamur Noka, Klevis Balliu, Belind Këlliçi and Agron Gjekmarkaj, as well as other officials from the blue headquarters, who have joined the Democrats and other supporters.
The PD’s national protest is being held in solidarity with the student protest, which has been ongoing for 12 days.
So far there do not appear to be many PD protesters. Berisha is not taking part. Apparently the fact that students want neither Rama nor Berisha has led to Berisha not showing up today. At 14:00 the student protest will begin at the Ministry of Education.
It is not known whether the Democrats’ group will go to the Ministry of Education to join the students.
