Prime Minister Edi Rama has posted on social media a video showing how to speak with Diella to help citizens step by step in finding and completing e-Albania form services.
“Dear parents and grandparents, now all you have to do is talk to Diella, and she will help you step by step, from finding the service to filling in e-Albania forms.
19 services are now easier to use, while access to e-Albania is also possible via Face ID or fingerprint, once activated.
