Twelve more protesters were fined 5,000 new lekë each by the State Police for obstructing vehicle traffic during Thursday’s gathering in front of the Prime Minister’s Office. The State Police said that despite repeated calls through a megaphone to clear the road, the protesters did not comply and continued to remain there. Since the entry into force of the Normative Act amending the law on assemblies, 95 people have been fined so far.
