The head of the Socialist Party’s parliamentary group, Taulant Balla, reacted through a social media post, accusing Sali Berisha of desecrating the memorial plaques of the martyrs of 21 January.
Balla described this act as unacceptable, stressing that desecrating graves and memorials is not part of the tradition or the human code of Albanians.
“Oh Saaali, don’t you have any human code at all? Albanians have no custom of desecrating graves. So how can you pay money and give orders to vandalize the memorial plaques of the martyrs of 21 January!?”, Balla wrote.
