Amid tensions, clashes and the throwing of smoke flares by the opposition, the majority continues to pass a series of bills in Parliament.
The new law on the Bank of Albania was approved with 84 votes in favour, a qualified majority of 84 votes being required. Prime Minister Edi Rama was present at the vote and later left the hall, which was filled with smoke.
