A few days ago Prime Minister Edi Rama called for dialogue with students, but the students have refused. However, the head of government has found a way to hold a “debate” over students’ concerns. The head of government shared a video of a student who spoke about the situation and raised several questions for the government, and Rama responded from his car.
As the Prime Minister’s Office indicates, Rama is travelling to Budva, Montenegro, where he will take part in the Berlin Process Leaders’ Summit, taking place on 21-22 October 2026.
The summit will bring together leaders of the Western Balkans and European partners, with a focus on strengthening regional cooperation, economic integration and advancing the European perspective of the countries of the region.
