The head of the Socialist Party parliamentary group, Taulant Balla, has reacted to the protest, raising questions about the identity and profile of the people taking part in it. In a message published on social media, Balla writes: “Can a person who sits all day wearing a mask and moves around in a Benz with black-tinted windows be a student?” His statement comes amid a climate of political tension, in which the protest and the identity of its participants have become a subject of clashes between the majority and the opposition.
