Voting has taken place in Israel and the votes are being counted. Based on exit polls so far, the winner is still not clear, but polls show Netanyahu receiving 50 seats, the opposition 52, and 18 seats going to other Arab parties, according to CNN and BBC.
61 seats are required to form a government. So Netanyahu will still form the government because he has the Arab parties on his side. Even if the opposition comes out ahead with two seats, it cannot form the government, so Netanyahu remains prime minister! Especially since he has a friend in President Trump.
The vote count is ongoing.
