Well-known actor Gazmend Paja has filed a criminal complaint with the Prosecutor’s Office of Tirana against Elton Tozaj.
Paja accuses the latter of stalking, slander and insult. According to the actor, Tozaj mentioned his name on social networks, making false accusations, and insulted him with degrading expressions that undermine his dignity and public image.
“The accused, citizen Elton Tozaj, in his capacity as a showbiz personality and content creator on social networks, has published videos on various platforms (TikTok and YouTube), in which he mentions the name of the accusing victim and attributes to him false facts and behavior, and uses degrading expressions, seriously damaging his honor, dignity and public and professional image”, the lawsuit states.
