“I am 100% convinced that we can be competitive in the Champions League. When I see my teammates, their qualities and individual abilities, I understand that we have the chance to score, provide assists and create chances. I feel a strong team spirit,” Jones declared.
The midfielder also spoke about adapting to Serie A, rejecting the idea that the Italian league is of a lower level or has a slower pace than English football. Jones also praised the support of the Inter fans, comparing their bond with the team to what he had experienced at Liverpool.
