The Albania international striker first scored in the 64th minute, before sealing the comeback in the 86th minute. With this performance, Uzuni reaches nine goals and two assists after 23 league matches.
There was also a special moment for Stavro Pilon, who scored for AEK Athens in their UEFA Champions League clash against Manchester City. Despite the Albanian defender’s goal, the Greek side suffered a heavy 5-1 defeat.
Meanwhile, Jasir Asani continued to show good form in the Esteghlal shirt in Iran. The Albanian striker scored in the 29th minute of a 1-1 draw against Chadormalu, registering his fourth league goal this season.
In the Saudi league, Nedim Bajrami scored his first goal for Al Taawoun. The Albanian midfielder came on in the 72nd minute and just six minutes later scored with a powerful strike from outside the box in the match against Al Riyadh. However, his goal was not enough to prevent a 2-1 defeat.
Sabah Kerjota also made an important contribution in the Scottish league. The Albanian striker assisted Hearts’ first goal, in their 2-0 away win over Motherwell. After an accurate cross from the right flank, Braga headed the ball into the net.
