Ernest Muçi enjoyed a special evening wearing the Trabzonspor shirt, as his side defeated Beşiktaş in an important clash. For the Albanian striker, the victory carried particular significance, as he faced his former club.
The Bordeaux-and-blue forward delivered a positive performance, helping his team secure all three points, although this time he could not find the back of the net.
After the match, Muçi spoke to the media, praising the importance of the success against a strong rival and the satisfaction of winning in front of Trabzonspor’s fans.
“For us it was an important win, because Beşiktaş is a strong rival. I am happy that we managed to win in front of our fans”, the 25-year-old said.
For Muçi, the triumph also has a special taste because he previously wore the colours of Beşiktaş before transferring to Trabzonspor. However, his goal now is to continue contributing to his new team.
