Rama distributes legalization permits in Kukes and introduces SP candidate for Mayor
The Albanian Prime Minister, Edi Rama, has distributed property legalization documents in Kukes. During his speech, Rama underlined that the legalization of properties is a new opportunity for the economy of families. By legalizing homes, citizens can secure loans by increasing this way the national economy in general.
“By using your houses as collateral, the bank is safe that you will keep the relations with them. This would help the economy of the city and its 14 communes, and would help the national economy in general. Those taxes go to the municipality, which allow for more investments in schools, kindergartens, etc”, Rama declared.
The Prime Minister added that the Kukes hospital has seen tangible changes thanks to investments, and he promised other ones. The Prime Minister introduced the SP candidate for the municipality of this city, Hasan Halili, as the person who “will bring Kukes to the right direction”.
“He is the candidate of all citizens, from all parties, and of those who have never been engaged in any party, but who have simply valued his work until he left a party that had turned into a family power. He didn’t accept anymore lies and chose to work for the city”, Rama declared.
He noted that the poverty of Kukes was not created in the past 18 months, but it has been accumulated through years.
“Kukes did not get poor these 18 months, but during years of isolation. What we are doing today should have been done years ago. The cancer that took any sector of the government should hav e been operated years ago. But I think that together we are able to accelerate the return and give a new hope to the path we projected”, Rama declared.
