An awkward moment for the Minister of Public Administration, Adea Pirdeni, was recorded this Monday during the presentation of the reform “Merit Scale”, where, in the presence of Prime Minister Edi Rama, she stumbled over her words several times, losing the thread of her speech for a few moments. Pirdeni tried several times to formulate a sentence, but did not manage to say it properly.
“And finally, finally in order, not at the end, in order, sorry”, the minister said, who tried to correct herself, but stumbled again.
“And finally, in order, above all the first in importance, for the citizen”, she continued.
At this point, Prime Minister Edi Rama also intervened, who from his seat said briefly: “Go on, hey”.
Pirdeni was appointed Minister of Public Administration on 19 October, after previously holding the post of Minister of State for Public Administration and Anti-Corruption.
