The Albanian Publishers Association has announced the postponement of the Book Fair due to the situation with the protests in the country. “The fair’s organizing group, after consultations with many publishers, educators, teachers and readers, considers that holding it on the planned dates (November 11-15, 2026), given the tense and worrying situation in Tirana, would not guarantee adequate attendance by visitors and readers, especially young people and children, who make up one of the main target groups of the Book Fair. We inform you that the 29th Book Fair “Tirana 2026″ will take place during the month of December, that is, within this year. We will let you know the exact dates very soon”, the announcement adds.
