The Special Prosecution has requested a sentence for two defendants, Leonard Duka and Drianto Bardhi, who are accused of providing the conditions for the murder of Ervis Martinaj and Erigers Mihasi.
SPAK has requested a 10-year prison sentence for Leonard Duka and a 6-year prison sentence for Drianto Bardhi. This case is a branch of the “Revenge” file, under which thousands of messages on the encrypted Sky ECC application were exposed.
Leonard Duka was previously sentenced to 30 years in prison as the leader of the criminal group that executed former police officer Santiago Malko, known as the right-hand man of Ervis Martinaj.
Ervis Martinaj is reported missing, while Erigers Mihasi was killed in an assassination.
