Supermarkets in Belgium, Estonia, Luxembourg and Sweden reported anomalies in their refrigeration systems on Monday, in an apparent cyberattack similar to the one that occurred in France three weeks earlier. Unidentified actors are accused of taking control of the cooling systems, switching them to defrost mode and spoiling fresh and frozen food. It was later reported that the stores were attacked and looted by young protesters.
