For about an hour now, the TEG–Surrel section of the Tirana Ring Road has remained blocked by heavy traffic.
A queue of vehicles has formed on the Ring Road lane coming from Surrel toward TEG, where traffic continues to move with difficulty.
The congestion extends for kilometers, while drivers are facing long waits. So far it is not known whether the traffic was caused by an incident on the road or by the high volume of vehicles.
The situation remains heavy, with vehicles moving very slowly toward TEG.
