The Transparency Board has set new retail and wholesale fuel prices nationwide at its meeting held this Wednesday, 4 November 2026.
According to the Board’s decision, diesel (gasoil) will be sold at retail for no more than 216 lekë per litre, while the wholesale price will be up to 204 lekë per litre.
Meanwhile, for petrol a maximum price of 172 lekë per litre has been set at retail and 160 lekë per litre at wholesale.
The new prices take effect today, 4 November, at 14:00 and will remain in force until the Board’s next meeting, where changes in the hydrocarbons market will be reviewed again.
The Board reminded fuel trading operators of their obligation to apply the set prices, warning that if violations are found, suspension of activity will be imposed.
