In terms of goals as well, the Nerazzurri have scored more. Inter has 341 goals in official matches against their city rivals, while Milan has scored 324.
The two sides have met in various competitions, including Serie A, the Coppa Italia, the Champions League and the Italian Super Cup. One of the most notable records belongs to Inter, which recorded six consecutive derby wins during the 2023-2024 period.
Nevertheless, Milan has reason to believe in another positive result. The Rossoneri have won their last two Serie A meetings against the Nerazzurri, both 1-0, in November 2025 and March 2026.
