As part of the first edition of Democracy Week 2026, Elbasan is turning sport into a space for cooperation, inclusion and civic participation. Under the supervision of the Director General of Culture and Sports, Artin Kovaçi, Elbasan Multi-Sport Club has joined this initiative, supporting the organization of activities that promote the values of respect, equality and solidarity.
Sports activities were held simultaneously in the city’s schools and sports grounds, involving pre-school children, pupils and young people. A special atmosphere was created at the “Elbasan Arena” stadium, where the little ones took part in walking, running and sports games, dressed in the club’s blue-and-yellow uniforms.
Through this initiative, Elbasan Multi-Sport Club conveys the message that sport is for everyone and that its values go beyond competition and results. It is an important tool for educating younger generations, strengthening cooperation and building a more active and inclusive community.
