A serious incident was reported today in Burrel, where a 43-year-old woman is suspected of having doused her father with petrol and then set him on fire.
As a result of the flames, the elderly man suffered burns to his face and was taken to receive the necessary medical care.
Police have arrested the 43-year-old woman, identified by the initials M.M.
