The Prefect of Tirana County, Shkëlqim Hajdari, has praised the figure of Isuf Luzaj, describing him as one of the personalities who represent the pride of Albanian history and culture.
In a reaction on social media, Hajdari shared his emotions from taking part in the promotion of four volumes dedicated to Isuf Luzaj, published by the “Lumo Skëndo” Institute of Historical Studies.
The prefect described Luzaj as a politician, patriot, intellectual, poet, publicist, professor and philosopher, stressing the importance of knowing and appreciating his work.
During the event, Shkëlqim Hajdari announced that, in cooperation with the “Lumo Skëndo” Institute of Historical Studies, he has undertaken to organize a scientific symposium dedicated to Isuf Luzaj’s work as a philosopher.
The initiative aims to bring attention to Luzaj’s intellectual and philosophical contribution, and to encourage a more in-depth treatment of his legacy.
