Experts from the construction institute have arrived at the apartment building in Elbasan, which was severely damaged a day earlier after a gas cylinder exploded in one of the apartments.
The experts have stated that the building must be demolished, as it is extremely dangerous and uninhabitable.
Following the explosion, the fourth floor collapsed onto the third floor, also causing considerable damage to various other parts of the building.
