An incident was recorded during the Democratic Party protest in front of the Prime Minister’s Office, in which a protester clashed with several other participants. It began after the protester called out against both political leaders, chanting “Rama n’burg, Berisha n’burg” (“Rama to prison, Berisha to prison”). Apparently he had forgotten that he was at a protest called by Berisha. Tensions then escalated, with Democrats at the protest slapping him and verbally attacking him. Other protesters also intervened and struck him, but the protester who insulted Berisha found a way out and fled.
After escaping further beatings, he shouted again from somewhere far from them, “Rama n’burg, Berisha n’burg.”
As if this situation were not enough, clashes between the protesters themselves broke out in front of the Ministry of Education. A stocky man wearing glasses shouted “Rama n’burg, Berisha n’burg,” but young Democrats, some wearing masks, intervened forcefully, hit him and tried to remove him by force. He, however, declared that he is against Rama and Berisha, and that although he had voted for the PD before, he no longer votes for it.
At the moment he made this statement, the young PD members punched him.
