Democratic Party’s Mundësia MP, Erald Kapri, has publicly denounced the case of 20-year-old Eldi Demirxhiu, who he says was forcibly taken in by police and beaten while held at the police station. In a statement, Kapri claims Demirxhiu was taken by about 10 police officers in front of his eyes, and that he searched for him and found him after midnight at Police Station No. 1, with visible signs of violence on his face.

I met him again today near the Security Block, where they will keep him for two more days.
His parents are not leaving the police station door and have still not been able to see him.
