He describes the situation as a conflict with political undertones and criticizes the Assembly and the High Judicial Council for failing to react.
Meta has responded through a statement on the conflict between the Special Court of First Instance (GJKKO) and the National Chamber of Advocacy, warning of serious consequences for the progress of judicial proceedings and for guaranteeing effective protection of citizens.
According to Meta, the clash between the two institutions is causing delays in judicial proceedings, undermining the interests of the state, the regular functioning of justice and the rights of citizens involved in these proceedings.

The continuation of the deliberate conflict between the Special Court of First Instance (GJKKO) and the National Chamber of Advocacy continues to have very serious consequences, with delays in judicial proceedings that harm not only the interests of the state but also the regular legal processes themselves, and that seriously undermine the effective protection of citizens involved in these proceedings.
The situation becomes even more serious when the Assembly not only has been silent for two months and pretends not to see, but also refused on 22 October 2026 to include in the work calendar the only legislative initiative undertaken by the Chairman of the Parliamentary Group of the Freedom Party, Mr. Tedi Blushi, on 14 October 2026.
Likewise, the silence of the High Judicial Council for two months seriously undermines trust in the institutions that have a constitutional duty to administer judicial proceedings.
The silence and non-reaction of every institutional actor that has constitutional and legal responsibilities clearly shows that we are dealing with a conflict with political direction in the interest only of Edi Rama and the organization he leads.
Of course, this conflict with direction is a continuation of the telenovela “Justice with Direction”, which has long destroyed the rule of law with the aim of installing the only Narco-dictatorship in Europe.
