Prime Minister Edi Rama held a meeting with experts from AKSHI, who were involved in developing and configuring the new platform “Pasqyrë Albania”, to present its features and innovations.
According to the head of government, the platform is built on four main pillars, which aim to increase transparency and facilitate communication between citizens and state institutions.
Through it, citizens will be able to follow public investments and the progress of projects in the areas where they live, be informed about decisions of municipalities and municipal councils, and check in real time the status of their applications, services and complaints. Another feature will be the possibility to give opinions and suggestions on draft acts that are in the process of public consultation.
During the presentation, Rama said the project is one of the initiatives undertaken after the protests held in early June, known as the flamingo protests. According to him, the platform aims to improve the relationship between citizens and the state, addressing one of the main problems of the administration: the loss of requests and complaints in bureaucratic processes.
The Prime Minister stressed that “Pasqyrë Albania” will make the entire state accessible to citizens through a single window and with just one click, offering them more information and opportunities to follow the activity of institutions.
