Prime Minister Edi Rama held a meeting with experts from the National Agency for the Information Society (AKSHI), who are involved in configuring the new platform “Pasqyrë Albania”, where he was briefed closely on its functionalities and innovations.
During the presentation, Rama said the platform will be accessible both from a computer and from a phone, through a website and an application for Android and iOS systems.
One of its main innovations will be the possibility for citizens to communicate directly with state institutions. According to AKSHI experts, in the coming days a space will be created where citizens can direct their requests to the relevant institutions and receive responses in real time. Through this system, it will also be possible to track the progress of requests and complaints.
The platform will bring together the official websites of ministries and institutions, and e-Albania will also be integrated within it. Rama stressed that the aim is to simplify the relationship between citizens and the administration, enabling faster access to information and greater transparency.
Another important element is the gradual integration of artificial intelligence. The head of government explained that the system will train artificial intelligence agents, which in the future are expected to carry out interactions and handle citizens’ requests with less human intervention.
In conclusion, Rama described “Pasqyrë Albania” as one of the results of the reflection on the flamingo protest, held at the beginning of June. He separated this project from other political issues, stating that he did not want them to be mixed with the presentation of the platform.
