The GJKKO hearing continues for the former couple Meta-Kryemadhi, with both present in the courtroom.
It is reported that at the start of the session Meta made three requests: to leave the glass cage and sit beside her lawyer, to allow cameras to broadcast the trial, and, as a third request, to have the surveillance devices in the detention facility checked during her meetings with defense lawyer Bujar Musta.
Prosecutor Arben Kraja said he does not agree with allowing cameras, that the alleged surveillance consequences in detention fall outside the competencies of SPAK, and regarding the request to leave the cage, he left it to the court’s discretion.
After retiring to deliberate, the court decided to reject two of the requests, while regarding the claims about Meta’s communications with her lawyer, Judge Erion Bani said he will forward them to the Prison Directorate.
