Bushati: We expect funds from the EU. All options are open for Greek border
One day after the Balkan summit in Tirana, the Albanian Foreign Minister explains for Top Channel that the Balkan countries have agreed to bring concrete projects in Europe for building roads that will connect not only these countries, but also the EU with Balkan through Croatia.
It is up to the EU now to prove if Europe will accept the approach of Balkan through infrastructure.
But the Balkan summit is not the only positive news produced by Tirana. The first visit of a Serbian Prime Minister in Serbia showed that both countries are getting closer, shwoing that despite the differences for Kosovo, both countries can cooperate.
“We agreed with Serbia to recognize the diplomas and to create free movement, even with identity cards, between our countries”, declared the Foreign Minister of Albania, Ditmir Bushati.
The Balkan summit in Tirana took place after the Kumanovo tragedy, and it served as a chance for the Macedonian and Albanian leaders to sit together.
