China to build Arber Highway

Through a posting on the social network Facebook, Prime Minister Rama informed about the signing of a memorandum with a Chinese bank. According to him, Arber Highway is the first fruit of a new era, while the work will begin shortly.

"Last night we signed the memorandum of cooperation with the Chinese Exim Bank for opening a project site in Albania with Chinese financing. The first project that will open a new era of cooperation between Albania and China, will be the Arber Highway, to begin next year, "he wrote.
