Minister of Foreign Affairs, Bushati: British investors to invest in Albania
As announced by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs press release, Bushati estimated this conference as a very important event for the promotion of Albania and the identification of collaboration opportunities and the strengthen of economic cooperation between Albania and Britain.
In the framework of the economic diplomacy, the Albanian delegation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs organized the Trade and Investments Forum on November 4th, in cooperation with the Developing Markets Associates (DMA), aiming to promote Albania and encourage British investors to invest in Albania.
Minister Ditmir Bushati made the opening of the event and emphasized the importance of such events in order to promote the opportunities and advantages of investing in Albania.
The forum was attended by British businesses representatives, foreign businesses representatives, currently operating in the Albanian market and economy experts.
Bushati highlighted the geostrategic location of Albania as a favorable feature of a developing country that needs foreign investments in the energetic and infrastructural crossroad of Balkan. Bushati also underlined the encouraging fiscal policy applied in Albania for foreign investors and many latest governmental incentives for a favorable business climate.
According to the Minister, Britain evaluated the constructive role of Albania in the Balkan region and required the implementation of good friendship policies with neighboring countries.
